 When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each
time a comment is added I get three e-mails with the same
comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service?

 obviously like your web site but you have to check the spelling on several of your posts. Many of them are rife with spelling issues and I find it very troublesome to inform the truth however I'll surely come again again.
